These creative professionals and their technicians are trained & certified, and receive education from AVIXA, CEDIA, CompTIA, ESA, NECA, NSCA, NYSESA, and SEIA along with manufacturers. SOUNDVIEW operates exclusively on a commitment-based model, focused on delivering complete, high-quality projects. We do not participate in bidding or “lowest price” competitions.
Choosing a contractor by price alone can compromise quality. At SOUNDVIEW, we balance your budget with premium, trusted components to deliver an integrated solution you’ll truly love. We only work with products we know, supply, and trust.
Comprehensive project management requires significant dedication and resources. Design alone often involves multiple site visits, extensive engineering, and coordination with partners to secure equipment and cabling. Installation, programming, testing, client training, and final handover also demand careful attention and investment.
Because of the resources committed upfront, we require a 10% deposit at project onboarding, followed by 60% at proposal approval to authorize procurement and scheduling. The final 30% is due upon project completion. Once a project begins, full commitment is essential, as each phase is interconnected and dependent on the previous work.
