Our Operational Model, Project Workflow, & Payment Structure
SOUNDVIEW operates exclusively on a commitment-based model, dedicated to comprehensive project completion. We DO NOT participate in bidding processes.
When choosing a contractor, remember that the lowest price can often signal lower quality. At SOUNDVIEW, we strategically balance your budget with high-quality components to deliver an optimal, integrated solution you'll truly love. We prioritize your satisfaction and our commitment to custom craftsmanship.
This is why we ONLY work with and install products we know, supply, and trust.
Project Management requires significant dedication and investment. Design alone typically involves 2-3 site visits, extensive engineering hours, and coordination with partners to secure equipment and cable. Installation, programming, testing, client training, and final handover also demand substantial resources.
Due to the resources invested in design and quoting, we require a 70% initial deposit upon approval of the proposal. This allows us to order and receive your equipment.
The final 30% payment is due upon project completion. Once a project commences, commitment is essential due to the interconnected nature of each phase.

1. INITIAL ASSESSMENT
& ESTIMATE:
Video call to assess

Scope, Time, Cost, and Resources
for preliminary numbers.
2. COMMITMENT
& DEPOSIT:
7% down payment
is required
to begin developing
your custom solution.
3. DESIGN
& DETAILED PROPOSAL:
On-site visit
for design finalization,
followed by a detailed proposal
for your review.
Phase II
4. APPROVAL &
FUNDING:
70% payment
due upon
proposal approval
to order all materials.
5. DELIVERY, INSTALLATION,
PROGRAMMING, & TRAINING:
We perform On-site Implementation,
Custom Configuration,
and Client Training
on the new system.
6. COMPLETION
& WARRANTY:
Final 23% payment
due upon project completion and handover.
Includes a two-year warranty
on our work.
